my wife is a alcholic we have two kids,one is my stepchild.I have told her if she don't get help that I am taking the kids and leaving.My stepchild wants to go with me(she is 13)I have had her for 7 years,My son is 6 years old,Can I legally take her too?

Legally? Take? You have no parental interest in this child. If you want to take her legally, you will have to obtain a court order through a Suit Affecting Parent Child Relationship and, likely, a Temporary Restraining Order. If this issue is important to you, discuss this sitution with a family law attorney in your area.
