What steps to take to make a person probate a will,so i can see if the wishs of deseast are being met.

There are good reasons not to probate a will, so the first thing to do is try to get a copy of the will and see who is supposed to get what. If you can't get a copy of the will and the person who has it won't produce it for probate then Section 75 of the Texas Probate Code can be used to make the custodian of the will bring the will to court and show cause why it shouldn't be probated.
