Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

stock options

I worked at a company that issued stock options before they went public. I received 3000 then got married and got 3000 more before leaving company. A year later I bought the 6000 shares for $20,000 on a credit card. They are now worth $180,000. Was wondering if wife gets 1/2 of all 6000 shares or just the 3000 I got after we were married. Thank you.
