Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How and what can i do to stop my ex-wife from sighning my name to checks? I have asked her to remove my name and to stop sighning my name. please help

Change banks. Get new checks issued.

Are you talking about her ENDORSING checks that are made payable to you? That is forgery, and it's a felony. If you have her arrested, I'd think that would cause her to change her behavior.
