Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i am in a struggle right now with my kids dad we bought a car together but put it under his name, and i have the kids and he does not lend me the car he doesnt work and i cant work because i dont have a ride plus he has an arrest warren is there any way i can get the car if he goes to jail?

Not unless you can show that you're actually an owner of the car (sounds unlikely here--you'd need to have something in the way of supporting paperwork to support that), or he consents to you having it. Being the mother of his kids doesn't give you any kind of ownership rights to his property.
