Subpoena Work Emails for Divorce

My wife has threatened to subpoena emails from my work. Is this legal or does my right to privacy protect me from this?

Without knowing the context, it is impossible to say whether these documents are privileged, the short answer is that it is likely that she can. If you want someone to try to quash the subponeas you need to hire an attorney quickly. There is no guarantee that your attorney will be able to quash the subponea, but without a fight you are going to lose.
