Yes, you can. You do so by including the alleged paramour as a third party in your divorce action.

I disagree with Anita Savage.

TX FAMILY CODE SECTION 1.107 - ALIENATION OF AFFECTION NOT AUTHORIZED - states that a right of action by one spouse against a third party for alienation of affecion is not authorized in this state.

But Anita is in Dallas, perhaps Dallas has different laws than Houston.
