Can I sue my ex-husband if he still has credit with my name still on it. In the divorce papers it says we are to seperate all accounts

First, contact all three (3) local credit bureaus and check your credit. If there is a problem, then contest the bad credit on your credit bureau file.

Second, if an account was to be closed then call the company yourself & try to close the account.

Third, you might need to meet with an attorney in your county about your problem. Look on this website & on www.avvo.com for an attorney.
