Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm being sued in a custody battle. I have custody, but the child has left due to disregard to dicipline and medical treatments and has neglected to go for her medical treatements. In requesting notice of hearing, should I put the reason why with details?

When a hearing is being set, the court requires that you advise the other party of the type of hearing, date and place. If the person is being noticed for a hearing, then they have to be advised of the allegations and relief you are seeking.
