Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i was sued for grandparent rights and i tried to work it out without having to go to court, the grandmother went to court without informng me and received visitations as a ncp..... what can i do?

You can always file an appeal, or a motion for new trial (if it has been less than 30 days since the order was signed).
