Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Someone said I am being sued for past-due "child support" but the papers are gone.

Also, the money never goes to the children-Colorado keeps it for the ex-wife's lawyer fees and public housing and other fraudulent "entitlement" claims she made in Colorado.

What do I do now?

Who told you that you are being sued?

Have you been served or mailed papers?

Is the TX A G office coming after you?

The money is being collected by the Colorado Attorney General's Office.

The "entitlements" your ex claimed in Colorado is probably irrelevant.
