i have been sued

how do i submit a proper written answer in response to money that i am being sued for, that i have already paid and also a suit to raise my child support when i just lost my job

You need this handled by an attorney to protect yourself. If you cannot afford one (many will work with you on a payment plan) try Legal Aid Services. As a last resort, research the matter at the law library. Act quickly, as once sued, you have deadlines.
