Respondent enters a general denial.
2. Child's Primary Residence
Respondent should be designated as the conservator who has the exclusive right to determine the primary residence of the child without regard to geographical location. Due to TEXAS FAMILY CODE 6.003 Alternatively, the residence of the child should be restricted to BEXAR County and any county contiguous to it. Petitioner should be ordered to make payments for the support of the child in the manner specified by the Court.
