summer possession confusion

My husband has his kids every W/Th evening until Fri 8am. He also has them every third weekend of the month until Mon 8am. The summer possession orders read that Mom may designate one of his summer weekends as hers, with advance notice. She's claiming the weekend she chooses will also include the Wed/Thursday preceeding. We don't believe Wed/Thursday is part of the weekend - they are not mentioned in the paragraph at all.

Wednesday/Thursday is not normally part of the weekend. Without actually reviewing the Order/Decree there is no way to be sure since this is not a standard order. Talk to Dad's former attorney.
