Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

last Sunday my husband which currently we have filled for divorce has filled a temporary restraining order on wendnesday to take custody of our 4 children , house , and everything in it.I have been a stay at home mom for 8 years. my children are my life and my husband is doing this to hurt me. We have been separated for two months and he has never had a problem coming to see the kids everyday until last week. I want my children. Please help. I don't have money...legal aid doesn't assist in contested divorces. Im afraid he has a head start on me and Im going to loose. PLEASE ADVISE

Contact a local bar association and see if you can get assistance. Many bar associations have lawyer who take on divorce cases pro bono.
