Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Supervised visitation rights

My ex-boyfriend wants visitation rights. What type of proof do i need to get supervised visitation rights approved by a judge? (In my opinion, he is incapable of taking good care of my son by himself).

Re: Supervised visitation rights

Since you did not indicate why you think he is not capable of taking care of your son, it is hard to answer your question. In situations like this, everything is fact based and any information, evidence, witnesses, etc. that can be brought in to substantiate your claims would be helpful. The family code is very specific, as is the case law. You really need to consult with an attorney to discuss the specifics of your allegations.
