Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

support

i have a current child support order including back support but my ex got hurt at work and was on workman's comp the claim was recently denied and the payments have stopped in effect so have my support payments he still employed but is on extended leave without pay what can i do to get child support during this time

Re: support

The ability to pay child support requires an income. If he doesn't have an income, he has no ability to pay child support. This is not a perfect world. Everybody suffers when a person is injured.
