Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Support of a minor child

My husband has 2 children from a previous marriage. His ex-wife lives in hobbs new mexico and we live in texas. He pays child support to his ex-wife for the 2 minor children. In July of 2007 his minor daughter moved in with me and her father. My husband still pays child support for both children to his ex-wife. His ex-wife does not have the minor daughter living with her only the minor son.How do we get the minor daughter off the child support order since she is living with us?

Re: Support of a minor child

If the decree is out of Texas, he needs a modification of the decree to adjust the child support.

If the decree is out of New Mexico, repost the question to 'relates to New Mexico law.'
