I am supposed to go to an attorney on 6-23-2014 to file for a contested order for divorce to protect my son from being taken away. My soon to be ex spouse (Shella) told me just now 6-21-14 on the phone that if I didnt agree to her terms then She was going to say I molested her neice it was my choice. I did not do this! Shella's sister (Shara) told Zachary (Shella's Son) over a year ago I had. But no one believed Shara no police have questioned me but now Shella is using it for Leverage. Shella also said that her new "friend" Chris whom she began talking to last week and spent the night with last night makes 200,000 dollars a year will back her financially. I am being black mailed and I dont know what to do. What can I do

People make allegations all the time but they must be proved.
Get a tough, smart attorney and let the attorney do their job.
You can certainly record your telephone conversations with her & perhaps she will make the threat again.
Save all your text, emails, etc. from Sheila.
Her new friend might not be as willing as she thinks. They just met! This friendship could go away as quickly as it started. Plus, she has to get the money out of him. That might prove to be impossible.
You might need to file for custody if Sheila is not mentally stable.
Sheila should not be taking the child around Chris - but don't tell her that!
