Taking Me Back to Court

My divorce is final as of October 10th. If my ex takes me back to court how soon can she do it? I have been told that she can't for a couple of years. She has decided now that she wants child support for our disabled child. Thank you.

She can ask for a modification every year.

If she uses the Texas A G office, in Harris County, they will only do it every 2-1/2 to 3 years.
