Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My ex has been taking my child to a psychologist in an effort, I assume, to take me to court and get more visitation time or residency changed. My child is under 12 and I am currently the managing conservator. We go by Texas standard visitation. Neither my ex nor the psychologist will produce the records to me which I have requested numerous times both in writing and verbally. What is my recourse?

If there isn't a case pending in court, you're going to have trouble getting the psychologist's records.
WITH a case pending (modification, for instance), you could subpoena the records from the ex or from the psychologist.
