Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Taking children overseas/ military orders

I am the custodial parent of two children from a previous marriage. I married into the marine corps 9 yrs ago. When we received our first orders out of texas, we had to get court papers lifting the residency restrictions to move out of state. We've since moved to NC and now reside in FL. We received orders to japan yesterday and my ex is apparently taking me back to court over it. What are the chances of the court allowing me to take my 15 and 11 yr old with me to japan for three yrs?

It is impossible to predict, without knowing the fully history of your situation, as well as the proposed living situation anticipated in both homes.
