My name is tasha i have steuggled to pay my child support im currently 5000 behind i got a automated call feom attorney general saterday morning saying court ia Tuesday can o be prosecuted if i dont have an attorney to represent me or do they have to give me a chamce to retain one or court appointed one ?

You are only entitled to a free attorney if you are found to be indigent and the court is looking to put you in jail. If the TX A G waives jail, then no free attorney even if you are broke.
Were you served with paperwork? You might argue that you were not properly served. However, the Supreme Court of TX has just changed some rules regarding service and I believe that emails are now ok. I don't know about a mere phone call.
If you cannot hire an attorney, show up and ask for a re-set to hire one.
