Tax Refund Confiscated along with Wages getting Confiscated?

If I am currently getting child support taken out of my wages. Will my tax refund be subject to getting confiscated?

If you are curent in your child support, then you don't have anything to worry about.

If you are delinquent in your child support, then the IRS will keep your refund and send it to your children.
