Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a teen daughter that is pregnant in Texas, is the fathers mother responsible for half the medical bills for the birth of this child? Also, he wants to be part of the child and my daughters life but she refuses to let him be around my daughter, is there anything legally we can do so that he can go to the doctors apointments?

The father's mother isn't responsible for paying medical bills.

I don't believe there's anything you can do prior to the child's birth that would have any effect on whether or not the boy's mother can control his access to your daughter's doctors.
