teen emancipation

Hello, I'm 16 years old old in a desperate situation. My mom and dad are divorced and my dad went to a rehab center for a while but is now released and has been cleared by doctors and all that.Having that said, when this happened my mom pulled me away from my dad and now i'm living 70 miles away from my dad,family,girlfriend, etc.... My mom and i do not get along at all and are constantly fighting, my dad on the hand we never fight, we have things in common, and we always spend time with each other. With all this being said what can i do to get to live with my dad?

I doubt you have any grounds for or meet the criteria for emancipation and there is nothing I know of that you personally can do to change custody. That is an adult issue between your parents and the Court. Your dad can try to get you back, but the fact he went into rehab while you were living with him says that he was abusing while you were with him. No Court is going to be in any hurry to let you go back to him after that.
