Teen Runaway

A friend of mine unknowingly helped

a minor runaway. The teen

mentioned that she needed a ride to

the bus station because her mom

couldn't take her. My friend offered to

take her. My friend found out that

the teen never had permission to go.

What charges will my friend be facing

in this situation?

If the police have no evidence of your friend's prior knowledge of the runaway, then no charges should be brought. If charges are brought, then get a lawyer.
