teenage pregnany

This person is a teenager and pregnant and she wanted me to ask you a couple of questions. If she is turning 15 in July and is pegnant can she move out on her own? Can she live with the father of her baby? Thats the questions she wanted me to ask oh yeah one more. Whats the legal age to move outon your own?

She is still a minor child and she has no "rights" until she becomes an adult at 18. She cannot legally move out until she is 18 years of age.

If the boyfriend is over the age of 18, he can be arrested for statutory rape. Even if she consented, he can be arrested. There was a recent case that made the news.

If she has parental permission, I believe that she can marry him.
