Teenage son/custody

I have a 17 year old, that wants to live with his Dad, his Dad has standard visitation. I want him home he has been there for three weeks, I was trying to give him space and time to come home willingly. My question is, since he is 17 and his Dad only has standard visitation, can I force him to come home? If so how do I go about doing that. HIs Dad's enviroment is not the best.

You can file a Motion for Enforcement. Dad might respond with a Motion to Modify. Talk with a lawyer to review your specific situation.
