teens out of control

my 16 year old is saying she is of legal age to move out.. she has quit school.. had a baby.. living with the grandparents..she will soon be living here with her dad and me.. step-mom.. what are our rites to try to get her back in school.. and in the right direction.. what is the legal age for a minor to leave the home? if a 16 yr old has a baby is she of leagle age to make her own decisions without a parent?

we have legal custody.

A 16 year old is not of legal age to move out and make her own decisions. If she moves out, she is a runaway and can be arrested and confined in juvenile detentio. Sounds like it is too late for these remedies. She needs some counseling and some reality training, but I suppose she is too smart-ass for that.
