What does the judge look at when it comes to awarding temporary custody? My 7 month old has been in my care for the past 3 months and he has not supported her at all financially. Will he also have to pay back child support for the last 3 mo??

Yes, you would have to pay back pay for child support. Also the judge looks at a lot of factors when determining what is best for a child.
