Temp Legal Guardianship
HI, My Aunt lives in NC and I live in TX. Her son is coming to live with me in TX. Will the POW for Care of Children work and do I need to a NC form or TX form?? Can we just get that noterized at a bank or does it have to go through the court?

Live with you and establish residence? Or visit? What did dad say about this, and do you have his permission? Does he have visitation rights? If so, they cannot be overriden by an out-of-state move.
