Temporary Custody

My aunt has temporary custody of my child and there is no ending date on the court papers and I want custody of my son back. I tried legal aid and could not help me. I need this case resolve. What do I need to do to get the temprory custody stop? Could you please help me? I need a probable lawyer to go to court with me to get my son back in my custody.

This is not something that can be addressed in an email. You really need to find an attorney and sit down with him or her and go over all the details so he or she can give you an honest evaluation of your case. (If this is a CPS case and they are seeking termination, you can ask for a court appointed attorney.)
