temporary custody battle

we had temporary custody of my step-kids, false alligations were filled and droped against us. the other parent has moved to another state and wont return the kids or let us know where they live. what right do I have and what steps should I take to get my children back to TX and have the court order perminant?

If you have a temporary court order, then you need to enforce it. You need your attorney to file the appropriate pleadings to get your children returned to the jurisdiction of the court.
