Temporary Custody

When a child is removed(courts placed with father)because of one failed U/A, with no history of use and no past or present of being in trouble with the law. What is the best way of making sure to regain full custody of your child?

You also need to deal with your drug issue. Join a group and attend meetings several times a week.

Stay clean and sober over 1 year.

You will have to prove with evidence and testimony that it is in the best interest of the child to change custody back to you. The best way to do this is to hire a lawyer with experience in these matters.
