Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have temporary custody of my daughter, her mother has not seen her in 10 months, and have a final hearing in a few months, I want to move from Texas to Florida where my family lives and we have a business, can I move before the finally hearing as long as I come back for the hearing, and will this hurt me in court to move.

You need to check for GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS in any court orders you have (including any "standing orders" that might be attached to a pleading). Unless you are restricted by court order from moving out of your locality, it is legal for you to do so and to take the child.
