Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have temporary custody of my two grandsons. My daughter has not decided to terminate her rights and wants us to adopt them. There is no one listed on either birth certificate as a father. How long does a citation of publication need to be published to see if any man comes forward?

It is very specific. I recommend hiring an attorney to handle this important matter for you. In order to adopt you must do a criminal background check and have a social study done of your home.

A better alternative might be legal custody of the children.
