Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Temporary custody orders state that it ends when that child is 3 or divorce is finalize and another agreement has been made. The child is now 3 and that divorce has been continued for a 2 year. Who has custody now? Was the court suppose to reissue custody orders?

Either the temporary orders stay the same, are modified, or the court issues final orders for the divorce. The court is not going to do anything unless someone asks it to. You need an attorney to review your situation and figure out what to ask the court to do for you.

My guess is that if you have this complicated a situation and order, you have an attorney and that is who should be answering your questions. If you do not have an attorney, you should get one as soon as possible.
