temporary guardianship
I have my great nephew living with me. His mother, my niece, wants him to stay with me. How do I get legal guardianship of him. What steps do I need to take? And is it an expensive process?

If all of the parties are in agreement, it should not be expensive. The approach that you take depends upon his age, whether there are current custody orders in place, and how long he will be staying with you.
