Temporary Joint Managing Conservators

I currently have daughter and per orders mother is suppose to get our daughter for christmas if I choose not to let her go due to her mother not reporting the address that I have to pic her up from per the orders can I still be held in contempt

I am not sure what you mean by 'not reporting the address'. Generally, if this is a small matter, and you withhold the child for Christmas, the judge will likely frown on your conduct and hold you in contempt. Additionally, some jurisdictions will invoke a criminal case for withholding custody, under certain fact situations. If your unwillingness to let the child go is based upon a real concern, you should act fast to get back in front of the judge before Christmas.
