what if temporary order for child affecting parent child relationship states that the order will terminate upon the marriage of the father of child to the mother of child but they are already married and not divorced?

not enough information. most likely, the termination clause should have been struck and is void. as it is temporary, it will expire - the order itself should tell you when.
