Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Temporary orders

What if cheating spouce continues relationship with person she was cheating with while Temp orders are in place. My visitation has revolved on when she can and can't see her . She has never changed the password to our e-mail address and that is how they communicate back and forth. I guess my question is ,Can the e-mails be used in a court of law to show that she continued to see this guy and that she based our vistation schedule soley around there schedules to meet ?
