How does one enforce ex parte temporary orders

regarding spousal maintanence and child custody?

Find out who your support orders are through. Are they through the Attorney General's office if so, you may call their child support helpline. If it is through domestic services, then you can pay a $25 fee to initiate proceedings. Either way, you should get the child support through the state agency's programs. You may try to enforce the maintenance through a private suit with the help of an attorney.
