Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Temporary restraing order

Can my wife file a restraing order in New Mexico if she moved there 3 weeks ago because I got servered this morning and the papers were drawn up om the 12th and I also have to appear in New Mexico tomorro morning at 10:oo am for this and does her dad being her lawyer and also the city attorney get her special perks . I heard you have to be a resident for 6 months to do this.

You should redirect your question to a New Mexico attorney or, better yet since there is a hearing tomorrow, call a family law attorney in the city where the hearing is scheduled this afternoon!
