Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
termanation of rights
The father of my 3 children has not paid me one cent in child support since he was ordered to do so in 1999. I am about to go to court AGAIN and I would like to ask the judge to terminate his rights. I do not have a lawyer, is there anything I need to know before asking?

There's more to it than just asking, but go ahead & tell the judge how it is in the child(ren)'s best interest to terminate their father's arental rights. Is it for them or for you?
