Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can I terminate his rights??

I am an 18 yr old single mother. I have a horrible past with drugs and running away from home but for the past year I have been a model citizen... I am in college, working as a nanny, Im clean, and love my son very much. His father is 41 yrs old, is dating my mother and living with her, is jobless, and got me pregnant at the age of 16. As far as I know, he is also still into drugs. He does not pay child support. He is vindictive, and an all around horrible person. He has been in and out of jail as well. (no convictions, though) How hard would it be to terminate his rights to my child??

You can terminate his parental rights for failure to provide support. You should contact a lawyer to begin this process.
