Terminating child custody

My sons father wants to sign all of his rights over to me. What actions do i need to take to do this?

Re: Terminating child custody

You will have to file a motion to terminate the parental rights. Even though both parties are in agreement, the judge may still not grant the motion. Sometimes judges won't terminate a parent's rights unless there is another parent to step in.
