Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Terminating parental rights and Child support

If the father of my child terminated his parental rights, would he have to pay child support. Is there anything I can do in this matter to get some help.

Why do you think the baby daddy terminated his rights? The Courts normally do not allow such a thing unless there is someone else who is willing to take over the obligations and adopt the child. I suggest you consult with a good family law attorney in your area who can review all of the details of this matter with you.
