Termination of Parental Rights

My daughter has no memory of her biological Father.The only Dad she knows is my husband now.The biological Father never has paid child support and my daughter is now 11.He has hired an attorney to modify his parent-child relationship now.His last supervised visitation was when she was 16 months old and he kidnapped her,FBI caught him three wks later and he recieved 10 yrs probation and two months in jail.There was violence in the family during our marriage and he even pulled a gun on my daughter and I.Does he stand a chance?

As a parent, he does have a chance however slim it might be. If you want to minimize his chances, you should hire a competent attorney to represent you.
