Termination Of Parental Rights

My ex wants to give up his rights to our son and let my husband adopt him. What steps do we need to take?

You will need to file a Petition for Termination and Step Parent Adoption. If your ex will truly sign the paperwork to voluntarily terminate his parental rights, this is not a difficult process.
